We give waste a second chance.
Recycling of uncontaminated plastic and textile waste.
Striving for a sustainable future.
In addition, we offer comprehensive services in waste management solutions for manufacturing companies. We have at our disposal separation, rotary, crushing and pressing lines and we are constantly increasing our capacity.
Our goal is to return primary waste from production back to the production cycle and thus reduce the environmental impact.
Great emphasis and importance is placed on recycling, and yet we still see a lot of space and opportunity for returning materials back to further processing, and not only in the European context, which is why we are expanding our cooperation with suppliers on the American market.
Our vision is global cooperation in the field of waste elimination, which is harmful to the environment, which in turn motivates us to maximize the use of primary waste, which we convert through recycling into a secondary raw material usable in the manufacture of new products.
If your company also deals with waste management, our consulting and advisory team is on hand to suggest the best solution for minimizing costs associated with waste disposal, or arrange for the collection of waste suitable for recycling.
We deal mainly with plastic waste from the primary production of plastics companies.
Plastic is a widely used material that varies according to the production process and the admixture, creating a material which is both strong and resistant to temperatures and/or chemicals.
Plastics are classified according to the monomer used in the production process:
Our company specializes in the processing of the plastics PE, PP, PES, and PET PA.
After separation, the plastic waste is sorted on moving crushing-lines and processed to the required fraction. At this stage, the material is found on the market as a secondary raw material suitable for regranulation, and then subsequently returned to production as an input material for companies producing plastic products. The recycling process is simple and ensures the efficient use of waste.
The recycling of textile waste from primary production is well represented in our company. We trade in particular nonwovens, spinning mills, weaving mills and the production of sealing, insulating and filtering materials.
We specialize mainly in nonwovens. These are widely used industrial materials, for the production of which it is possible to use recycled input raw material. Depending on the production technology and materials, fabrics are made with a surface density of 0.3 g - 2 kg / m², different strengths, absorbency, and resistance to various environmental influences etc..
Our company focuses on sorted and uncontaminated nonwovens, which after processing are used in the subsequent production process.
The classification and contamination factor is important in the optimization of transport costs with maximum weight utilization. As part of comprehensive waste management, we are also able to provide ecological disposal for production companies for waste that cannot be further recycled.
We focus primarily on plastic and textile materials, but we are able to advise you on the possibilities of recycling and disposal of other kinds of waste used in production. For example, common waste such as LDPE and HDPE foils of various colours which are made of plastic but not primarily traded as a plastic raw material. The next type of common waste in companies are transport pallets, which take lot of space.
We can offer you help and advice with the following production waste:
Recycle with us, recycle smartly. For further information, advice and help do not hesitate to contact us.
"Recycling is the future of the economy and, given the EU's goals, up to 70 percent of packaging materials should be recycled by 2030."
Recycling is our priority and, due to our expertise in sorting materials and waste, we contribute to lowering the environmental impact, and to the efficient use of resources for the creation of new products. The sorting process is a necessary requisite for recycling and subsequent use of waste for the production of secondary raw materials of the highest quality.
The concept of secondary raw materials is not directly defined by waste legislation, but business practice states that it is a waste of materials suitable for further use such as synthetic textiles, plastics, paper and metal. For many manufacturing companies, the costs in waste separation are high or they simply do not have the capacity to deal with it. This opens a gap for an external recycling company.
"Our goal is to minimize waste disposal and ensure the most efficient recycling."
Within the circular economy, our company strives to respond not only to legislative changes, but also customer requirements, reflecting the technological development of separate materials which is why we are constantly innovating and expanding our portfolio of materials and services within waste management.
"You don't know what to do with waste? We are here for you!"
The production technology allows us various phases of recycling from the self sorting of waste through processing on rotary or crushing lines to the pressing phase. Our capacity allows us to recycle up to 200,000 tons of waste per year.
We see a future in recycling and therefore invest our energy in expanding the possibilities of waste manufacturing, and its reintroduction into production, as well as in the issue of logistics, which is closely related to waste.
